The first meeting of the Greene County temporary redistricting commission will be Wednesday, Sept. 29, at 2 pm in the courthouse boardroom.
Members of the commission will appoint a chairperson and secretary. Duties will be reviewed and existing supervisor districts will be examined.
The commission will examine official census population data and review maps provided by the county’s GIS coordinator prior to setting a public hearing for public input.
